The public should be celebrating the California Coastal Commission’s decision to fine the Campland on the Bay and Mission Bay RV Resort park owner for illegally blocking beach access. Even though privatizing California’s public beaches is illegal, the unfortunate truth is that coastal property owners will always attempt to limit beach access. Read more here.
