Hi there ReWild community,
Just a quick update about what’s going on behind the scenes:
Earlier this summer, San Diego Audubon released the final restoration alternatives for public review and comment. From there, the ReWild consultant team updated the plans based on that feedback, and began analyzing and evaluating the final restoration alternatives for things like cost, construction quantities, acreages, how well they meet the goals of the project, etc.
Later this fall, the draft Feasibility Study Report will go to our Science and Technical Advisory Committee for review. That report will include the “Analysis” and “Evaluation” the consultant team is doing now, along with all of the other deliverables created so far in this project (things like the “Existing Conditions Report” and “Opportunities and Constraints Report”).
Once finalized, the Feasibility Study Report will be released to the public at an event later this year. Stay tuned!
