Support ReWild Mission Bay at the De Anza Ad Hoc Committee

Put on your ReWild Mission Bay shirt and support ReWild this Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. at Paradise Point Resort.

Put on your ReWild Mission Bay shirt and support our campaign this evening at 6 p.m. at Paradise Point Resort as ReWild Mission Bay project director Andrew Meyer gives a presentation to the city’s De Anza Ad Hoc Committee.

Formed in the wake of the Mission Bay Park Committee meeting in April after the city provided less information about their De Anza Natural restoration proposal than many attendees and interest groups, including ReWild, were hoping for, the city’s Parks and Recreation board formed the De Anza Ad Hoc Committee to get a better understanding of the city’s restoration plans.

Andrew will give an update on the ReWild Mission Bay effort along with an outline of the basics of our campaign. Despite the short notice, we hope you can attend and support Andrew’s testimony, and that of our allied organizations like Friends of Rose Canyon. Give them applause!

As was the case in April, tonight’s meeting will be held in the Sunset Room at Paradise Point Resort from 6 to 8 p.m., located at 1404 Vacation Rd., San Diego, CA 92109 at Mission Bay. Get there early and get seats up front so you can best hear the presentation and support our ReWild speakers.

Also, watch and share this newly-posted video, cut together by ReWild’s Karina Ornelas, of the many of supportive remarks made by speakers at our annual Love Your Wetlands Day event earlier this year!

We’ll see you tonight at 6 p.m. at Paradise Point Resort! Viva ReWild!
